Stephen M. Guttmann graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance in 1980. In 1983, Mr. Guttmann obtained his juris doctorate at Cumberland School of Law. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1983. In July 2001, Mr. Guttmann was admitted as an attorney and counselor of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and in 1990 he was admitted to the United States District Court.
His areas of practice include probate, elder law, wills and powers of attorney, landlord/tenant issues, collections, real estate closings, foreclosures, corporation formation, and general civil litigation.
